Sport is big business. Pro athletes, huge sponsorships, media coverage, large spectatorship both on site and on TV:
These elements are causing all types of sporting events to "up their game" to remain competative.
Big Beat have a strong presence in a number of events, including the Amashova Cycle Race Group, the Tour 'd Urban Road Race, and the Karkloof Classic MTB festival. We supply the comrades association with technical support for their two registration events in PMBurg and Durban. We were official supplier to the Duzi Canoe Marathon which is a major event evey January.  Big Beat was awarded the Durban and PMB Spar Ladies Races, held in August and September respectively.  The Durban race in particular, based around the Moses Mabida stadium at Peoples Park, presented a challange considering the new venue and the large area where sound was needed.

Today's MC's and announcers are very demanding on the technical supplier for powerful, clear and uninterrupted sound, which includes their cordless microphones. Big Beat are capable of spreading sound over a very large area.
We are able to include MC's, DJ, Staging, Microphones and the necessary technology to ensure your event has a great vibe and satisfied commentators.
