1. Sound:
We can provide sound equipment for conferences between 50 and 3000 people.
Specialised microphones for any application (Wireless / Headsets / Lapel / Boundry / Choir)
In addittion we provide full backline and sound requirements for live bands / caberets / comedians / artists who may perform at conferences.

2. Image:

We can deploy up to four manned Video Camera's for live feed to screens. The camera images are routed via a vision mix director who mixes the final output to screens. Our Kramer units feed through DVD and Presentation content to the screens.
We are able to provide Picture-in-picture technology, for instance when there is a signer for the deaf in the audience.
Fastfold Screens and a whole range of Data Projectors for different applications round up our Visual services.

3. DVD Creation:
When a DVD of a conference is required, we can either capture the content live on our iMAC24 or capture off tape and post-edit. We are also able to produce multiple copies of the DVD when required, when we have shot a graduation for example. 

4. Recording:
Besides Video, we can also record directly to CD on a dedicated Tascam CD Burner, or to MP3 on a laptop.  Big Beat are able to provide Highlight packages to delegates at conferences - for example after a 3 day conference a deligate from China may wish to take a dvd home of their African visit...  these can be made available before they leave the venue.

5. Lighting:
Whether you need functional lighting or complex design, we can provide. Our Martin Mac 250 Moving heads can be loaded with gobo's (glass or brass slides) of your logo, and then programmed to move around the room on specific routes.
When required, we make use of our aluminium trussing to 'fly' the lighting overhead, for instance over the entertainment stage.

6. Translation  / Deligate Mic System:
We can provide a full multi-language translation system with sound-proof translator cubicles.  Wireless receivers are very small and light, with lightweight headphones guaranteed not to mess with ladies' hair-do's!

Hundreds of delegate mics come complete with translation facilities and are available to Government debate style conferencing.

7. Gala Dinners:
With a wide variety of entertainers on our books, we are able to source the right artist to meet your budget. Naturally we can provide these artists with all their technical requirements.

8. Staging:
With nearly 90 square meters of staging in our inventory, we can provide podium stages of heights between 200mm and 1000mm. Our stages are supplied with steps, skirting and white boundry tape. When required, we can also finish the deck in white ABS plastic which makes for a really classy finish.
